The general assembly is composed by representatives of each partner institution and is the ultimate decision-making body of the consortium.  

The General assembly will ensure the smooth operation of the project and guarantee that all efforts are focused towards the project objectives, deliverables and milestones. The General Assembly takes decisions on:

• Content, finances and intellectual property rights 

• Evolution of the consortium, e.g. entry of a new party, withdrawal of party, etc. 

• Appointment of the Scientific and Ethics Advisory Committee.
